My stay at Wyndham Rio Barra was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach, which made for some beautiful sunsets. but the room quality varied greatly. One room was nice with new furniture, while others had issues like mould and cleanliness problems. The staff were helpful and friendly, which added to the experience. though there were definitely aspects in need of improvement.

I had a mixed experience at Wyndham Rio Barra. While the location was spot-on, right across from beautiful Barra da Tijuca beach, the room I stayed in was pretty worn-out and definitely needed some TLC. The staff were friendly and did their best under pressure, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially with what seemed like mold and dirty floors.
